Job Details
Role Requirements:
- Extensive experience in building high-performance web applications, with a focus on scalability and data synchronization.
- Proficiency with offline storage solutions and real-time technologies.
- Experience in large-scale systems, with expertise in distributed systems and data consistency.
- Frontend development knowledge, creating intuitive and engaging user interfaces.
- Expert with backend development, working with databases, caching, and data orchestration.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Startup experience in an early-stage company.
- Leadership experience as a Technical Lead or Engineering Manager.
- Track record of successfully leading system migrations with little to no downtime.
- Strong passion for performance optimization and knowledge sharing (e.g., through tech talks or open source).
- Familiarity with Python or other strongly-typed programming languages.
