Job ID: 2664737 | Amazon Kuiper Manufacturing Enterprises LLC
Project Kuiper is an initiative to launch a constellation of Low Earth Orbit satellites that will provide low-latency, high-speed broadband connectivity to unserved and underserved communities around the world.
The Builder Operations and test systems team is responsible for developer experience, devops, CICD and production services. We are looking for an engineer with experience in system design of backend services along with advanced knowledge of AWS cloud services infrastructure such as IAM, Lambdas, CloudWatch, API gateways, etc. Proficiency in at least one of TypeScript/Python/GoLang is an added advantage.
The candidate would participate in all phases of software development from requirements through implementation and deployment to operations. You will participate in the design, integration, and improvement of the software. This includes designing and implementing a wide range of software using the AWS stack, sometimes requiring partnership with low-level embedded software systems and designing scalable solutions for software distribution and deployment for satellites. You must be able to disambiguate high-level problem statements and unknowns, design flexible solutions, and succeed within an open, collaborative environment.
