What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

1. Focus on multiple areas and provide leadership to the engineering teams
2. Own complete solution across its entire life cycle
3. Influence and build vision with product managers, team members, customers, and other engineering teams to solve complex problems for building enterprise-class business applications
4. Accountable for the quality, usability, and performance of the solutions
5. Lead in design sessions and code reviews to elevate the quality of engineering across the organization

What is Required (Qualifications):

1. Fluency and Specialization with at least two modern languages such as Java, Golang, C++, Python, or C#
2. Experience in building products using micro-services oriented architecture and extensible REST APIs
3. Experience building the architecture and design of new and current systems
4. Experience with continuous delivery and infrastructure as code
5. Fluency in DevOps Concepts, Cloud Architecture, and Azure DevOps Operational Framework

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

1. 6+ years of professional software development experience within a Java framework (J2EE, web containers, and Java)
2. 4+ years of experience in open-source frameworks
3. 3+ years of experience with architecture and design
4. 3+ years of experience with AWS, GCP, Azure, or another cloud service
5. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent education or work experience
