Senior IT Systems Engineer

Qualifications Required:

• 3+ years of IT support experience
• 1+ year of Azure experience
• 3+ years of advanced Office 365 experience
• Deep understanding of networking (Routing, Switching, Firewalls, Wi-Fi)
• SonicWALL management and configuration
• Organized with strong follow-through
• US work authorization
• Reliable transportation

Qualifications Preferred:

• Experience in Cyber Security
• Mobile Device Management Intune
• Office 365 Security and Compliance management
• Experience with Data Backups, Archive, and Disaster Recovery
• Experience with RMM tools
• PowerShell scripting for Windows, O365, and Azure management
• Knowledge of automation and continuous integration
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering or related field
• Experience with MS SQL

Responsibilities:

• Manage and execute Senior Level IT Projects
• Provide guidance to Tier 1-2 helpdesk staff and handle escalations
• Create Standard Operating Procedures and documentation
• Oversee data backup and disaster recovery processes
• Monitor and manage ticket flow
• Develop and maintain PowerShell management scripts
• Assist with migrations to Office 365 and Azure
• Manage network monitoring systems
• Contribute to design proposals

Location:

• Hybrid work model, both from home and at our Boca Raton office
• Residency in Palm Beach or Broward County preferred
• Occasional travel through the tri-county area
