Assist in evaluations and solution or potential field problems, referring them to Project Management. Perform all essential functions and responsibilities in conjunction with the company’s values and beliefs in alignment with Fisk’s policies so that the construction process is completed to the client’s full satisfaction and at the Company’s expected levels of safety, quality, and profitability.As a Project Engineer at Fisk Electric, reporting to the Project Manager or Senior Project Manager, you will have the opportunity to:Assist with development of startup checklist and site logistics planAssist with development of quality control planAssist with and monitor permit processesPrepare closeout logParticipate in and document owner trainingCompile as-built drawingsAdminister RFI processDevelop submittal log and administer submittal processDocument job site meetingsVerification of project materialsDevelop and maintain material expediting logCoordinate and/or conduct quality control inspectionsEstablish record and permit sets of documentsEnsure accessibility of show drawings and submittalsCreate, distribute and expedite sub response to RFPsProcess progress photosAssist in preparation of Owner Change RequestsAssist with preparation of project status reportsREQUIREMENTS:High School Diploma or GEDWorking knowledge of construction equipment, techniques, drawings, specifications and building materialsAbility to perform trigonometric calculations, either manually or with calculatorAbility to interface and communicate effectively with othersProcore experience preferredFisk Electric builds extraordinary projects and we need exceptional talent.
