Job Description:

Responsibilities:
- You will be part of a National In-Building team that interfaces with local and enterprise sales operations teams.
- You will be implementing Sales driven in-building solutions for indoor environments using a diversity of OEMs based on user requirements.
- Prepare technical solutions tailored to customer specific requirements and use cases. Supervise the construction and building of the inbuilding systems. Perform site walks and coordinate bids. Order equipment related to the build. Design equipment room hardware, power/cooling requirements, and rack and equipment layouts.
- Work and coordinate the integration and activation of equipment with RF, our vendors, and Network Assurance.
- Coordinate the receipt of goods and services as well invoicing from vendors upon successful completion of work. Manage financial KPIs like: Received not paid, Match exceptions, and Open commitments not received. Drive cycle time reduction for on-air activations through collaborative partnerships and creative solutions.
- Provide periodic updates to different stakeholders.
- Inbuilding Construction and Equipment engineering working experience. Vendor management experience.
- Prior client experience highly desired.
- Experience reading, understanding, and commenting on construction drawings.
- Experience building and implementing DAS and Neutral Host systems like Corning, JMA, CommScope, Solid, SpiderCloud and DOT systems. Experience building and implementing Small Cell systems utilizing Ericsson, Nokia, or Samsung OEM equipment.
- Experience maintaining and addressing punch list items with vendors in a timely manner for acceptance of systems.
- Experience managing project resources and performing risk assessments and mitigation plans.
- Experience as a team lead/mentor, and technical lead for large, multi-technology deployments.
- Excellent analytic, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Ability to balance technical and business requirements Excellent organizational and planning skills (setting and communicating priorities; anticipating workload impact on resources of both self and team; delegating where appropriate; consistently following up on outstanding items; and providing focus in meetings and discussions).
- Ability to maintain performance level under varying degrees of pressure and uncertainty and to effectively deal with situations for which few or no guidelines exist.
- Flexible and creative (seeks out and attempts alternate solutions to resolve issues, and seamlessly adjusts to a dynamic, changing business environment). Willingness to work flexible hours and support night or weekend work as needed.
- Experience designing and optimizing iBwave projects and ability to create accurate BOMs.
- Experience with DAS provisioning, commissioning, integration, and troubleshooting, walk testing and close out packages.
- Experience working with Transport, regulatory and RF teams to coordinate overall implementation of a project.
- Experience implementing 4G and 5G network architectures, CRAN architecture, and equipment.
- Experience driving troubleshooting efforts.
- ***This role can be located out of any US based client Hub location. ***
