Agility Partners is seeking a qualified VMware Software Engineer to fill an open position with one of our banking clients. In this role you will:

• Manage and administer VMware operations, including creating and configuring VRO workflows and vRO integrations with external systems and third-party tools.
• Utilize VMware vRealize Operations Manager (vROPs) for monitoring and performance management.
• Employ vSphere PowerCLI for managing virtual machines and virtual infrastructure.
• Troubleshoot complex configuration issues and system problems related to network engineering technologies.

The Ideal Candidate

Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of experience in VMware infrastructure management.
• Proficiency with VMware vCenter and VMware vCenter Operations.
• Experience with VMware vRealize Operations Manager (vROPs).
• Strong understanding of network engineering technologies.
• Ability to configure and integrate vRO with external systems and 3rd party tools.
• Knowledge of Linux (RedHat) is a plus.
