Job Description:The Cardinal Health Pharma ecommerce team is looking for a Lead, UX Researcher to help us create digital experiences that empower patient care. We are looking for a passionate researcher and team player who will be part of a massive digital transformation effort. This Lead, UX Researcher will be responsible for uncovering any and all unmet and unstated needs of our users and establishing and maintaining a growing and evolving customer feedback loop.Essential functions:The Lead, UX Researcher will help uncover and define user needs, analyze data gathered through a variety of generative and evaluative research methods, and present findings to stakeholders across the organization. They will help establish benchmarking efforts on a regular cadence, leverage analytics and other data sources to identify usability issues and areas for future enhancement, and validate whether or not digital transformation efforts are meeting the needs of our users. The Lead, UX Researcher will apply these skills to advocate for the customer experience and work directly with the Product and UXR teams across multiple teams and products.Responsibilities:Guide and help remove obstacles for UX researchersWork with UX researchers to identify the proper research methods needed to best meet the needs of the goals of the problems we are trying to understandConduct or support primary user research studies with business stakeholders and users to gain insights around met, unmet, stated and unstated needsConduct or support secondary research efforts including analytics, user recordings and feedback, survey results, customer service call logs, internal usage reports, and othersBenchmark our experiences to ensure improvement with subsequent releasesValidate concepts and prototypes to uncover additional insights and opportunitiesTranslate research data gathered into actionable recommendations that help inform future effortsDeliver recommendations to business partners and leaders in a consumable and actionable wayLeverage UXR to inform strategic direction on future and current transformation effortsConduct both moderated and unmoderated studiesPartner with a digital product team working with UX, UI, Product, customer support, technology and other internal business partnersQualifications:Provide a digital portfolio (demonstrating professional research and problem-solving skills)3-5 years of project and resource management experience preferred5+ years of experience conducting, analyzing and communicating user research findings and insights preferredDemonstrated ability to assess a situation and apply the correct method for uncovering user needs and product opportunitiesExcellent problem-solving skillsThis role frequently interacts with and presents to senior leadership.
