Randstad is HIRING NOW for a Lead CNC Mill Programmer in Germantown, WI to join a family owned CNC Machine Shop. In this role, you will oversee a team of 5 machinists and help develop your team. Responsibilities
Must be able to read and interpret a dimensioned part print.
Familiar with AutoCAD and/or Solidworks.
Familiar with Gibbs Cam and/or Master Cam.
Must be able to determine a set up on a CNC mill, to produce a part in tolerance.
Must be able to select proper tooling and generate a program to make the part per print.
Must be able to inspect finished part for defects.
Must be willing to work 2 nd shift in Germantown Wisconsin.
