Our government client is looking for an experienced Document management Analyst / Instructional Designer on a hybrid 6+ months renewable contract opportunity in Atlanta, GA.
Position: Document management Analyst / Instructional Designer - Local candidates only as the selected candidate will be required to come to the office twice a week.
Job Description:
The agency is seeking to hire an Engineering Software Consultant to assist and lead in the support and implementation of engineering software within the Department.
• Assist Department personnel in the implementation of new engineering software
• Serve as one of the Administrators for the Department’s Engineering Document Management system (Bentley ProjectWise)
• Support the Department’s electronic file exchange tool (Bentley ProjectWise Deliverables Management) for internal and external staff
• Provide day to day user support
• Assist in maintaining the Department’s Engineering Software standards and documentation
• Develop/conduct engineering software user training sessions
• Document/revise existing and new business processes to meet new/revised engineering software requirements
• Develop engineering software best practices
• Investigate new and emerging engineering technology and make recommendations to Department personnel and management for implementation.
Qualifications:
• Excellent organizational and planning skills – Required
• Competent in the use of MS Office suite – Required (5 years)
• Experience providing customer support – Preferred (2 years)
• Familiarity with ServiceNOW – Nice to have
Required/Desired Experience:
- 2 years of Experience in developing technical documentation Required
- 5 years of Experience working in an Architectural or Engineering environment Required
- 2 years of Using/supporting document management systems such as Bentley ProjectWise Desired
- 2 years of Developing training materials and conducting training sessions Desired
