Who are we looking for?
As the Sr. Network Engineer you will play a critical role in designing, enhancing and implementing cutting edge technology that supports our operations. You will be instrumental in ensuring the reliability, security, and performance of our network that enables us to deliver exceptional services to our customers. The expertise you bring in network security, routing, switching and cloud environments will be essential in ensuring the reliability, scalability and performance of our network infrastructure.
You may be hired as a Sr. Network Engineer, or a Staff Network Engineer based on your depth of skill and breadth of experience.
What will you do?
- Develop and maintain network architecture, standards, and guidelines to support current and future business needs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and design scalable, secure, and high-performance network solutions.
- Implement and manage network security protocols, policies, and best practices to safeguard the organization's data and infrastructure.
- Design and optimize network routing and switching protocols to ensure seamless data flow and minimal downtime.
- Design and integrate public cloud networks (Azure, AWS and Oracle), our private cloud and office networks to support scalable and reliable application delivery.
- Monitor and analyze network performance, identify bottlenecks and come up with strategies to optimize network efficiency.
- Maintain comprehensive network documentation, including network diagrams.
What education and experience do you need?
A combination of the following education and experience factors will be considered:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- 8+ years of proven experience as a Network Engineer/Architect or a similar role in designing and managing complex networks.
- Proficiency in network platforms (e.g., Prisma Cloud, Cisco, Azure, F5, etc.)
- Expertise in routing and switching technologies (e.g., BGP, OSPF, MPLS, VLANs).
- Solid understanding of network virtualization and SDN (Software-Defined Networking) concepts.
- Industry certifications such as CCNA, CISSP, CCIE, JNCIE, or equivalent are highly desirable.

What does this position pay?
Compensation is determined by several factors which may include skillset, experience level, and geographic location. The expected range for this role is $145,000.00-$180,000.00 annualized base compensation. Please note this range is an estimate and actual may vary based on qualifications and experience.
