CNC Machine Operator

Korn Ferry Military has partnered with our client on their search for a CNC Machine Operator for their Goodyear AZ facility. Must be legally authorized for employment in the United States.
* They are preferably seeking candidates with U.S. military experience. *
CNC operating experience is highly preferred and will give you a huge advantage over other candidates!
Compensation: $23.50-24.50/hour + OT
What You Will Do:

• Will be trained on all tasks, to include: pulling billets from inventory, preparing them for milling, and loading them into CNC machines. (No programming is required.)
• Utilize the XYZ coordinate system to ensure product accuracy and quality.
• Ensure the finished package meets the highest level of quality and customer expectations.
• Follow safety guidelines, including the use of long sleeves and safety shoes (required for both the interview and daily operations.)

Education and Work Experience

• This role is located in a non-climate-controlled milling area with access to cooling booths equipped with cold drinks and towels. Operators can monitor machines from these booths during operation.
• CNC operating experience is preferred, not required.
• Strong math skills and attention to detail are critical for success in this role.
• Ability to operate CNC machinery using the XY2 coordinate system.
• Basic understanding of Mastercam software is a plus.
• Ability to work M-Fri with flexibility for occasional OT.
