Position : Java Software Engineer

Description : Cymertek is looking for a Software Engineer to join an ongoing development team. This position will be developing analytics on a HPC platform. Responsibilities would include:

• Designing and developing product features
• Working with Scrum Masters, product owners and managers to set expectations etc.

Clearance Requirement : Active TS/SCI with Polygraph

Required Skills/Education

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.
• 7 years' experience in a technical role as a Software Engineer.
• Java Experience is a MUST.
• Preferred skills include: Python, Kafka, NiFi, HDFS, Linux, NoSQL database and developing analytics on HPC platforms. Any experience with streaming technologies (Spark, Storm, IBM Inforspheres etc.) is a huge PLUS.
