Quality Engineer
Work for a growing company in the Atlanta area.
Responsibilities:
• Define inspection criteria, develop inspection procedures, and set quality assurance testing models for analysis of incoming raw materials.
• Assist with the Defective Material Reporting (DMR's), Returned Material (RMA's), Supplier Quality Assurance Reporting (SCAR's) and Supplier Rating systems.
• Conduct investigation and perform corrective and preventive action on noted anomalies.
• Assist in the development and/or updating of Quality Assurance procedures.
• Assist in performing Internal and External Quality Audits.
• Assist in reviewing quality requirements on new designs and/or products.
• Conduct failure analysis in laboratory when required.

• BS Engineering
• 3-5 years experience in a Quality Assurance Engineering role in electronics related industry
• Assist with supplier quality issues.
• Strong problem solving skills such as process mapping and root cause analysis.
• Background in electronics manufacturing with specific practical hands on experience with: SMT, PTH, wave soldering, components prep, auto insertion, cleaning, conformal coating,
