Principal Software Engineer (Minnesota only; Azure)

SkyWater Search Partners has engaged with a Twin Cities-based company in the medical device industry to attract and hire a Principal level Software Engineer. This company has been around for 10+ years as they continue to develop cutting edge software, firmware and hardware that is changing the lives of thousands of their customers/patients. We are targeting a strong, technical contributor to fill a brand new need for a new product team at this organization.

To be a fit, we are looking for:

1. A degree in CS or Computer Engineering
2. 8+ years of professional experience; at least 2 in people leadership
3. A strong background in .NET, Azure, modern testing
4. Ideally coming from a medical device background (but not required)

As a smaller organization, we need someone willing to get their hands dirty and is able to communicate cross-functionally. This person will have a lot of visibility to their work and have the opportunity to work with a modern toolkit and greenfield application development.

This is a salaried position complete with benefits & bonus. Must be local to MN, and cannot require sponsorship.
