Role:- 2nd Level IT Support


Experience: Minimum of 3+ years of experience in IT, with at least 2 years focused on cloud Infra Support activity.


Technical Skills

  • Good Knowledge, hands-on working and configuration on Azure
  • Software installation and troubleshooting.
  • Creation and management of user accounts.
  • Raising issues, and calls, and liaising with third-line support.
  • Prompt response and resolution of support calls.
  • Escalating issues that cannot be resolved at 1st level.
  • Assist IT Services Team Leader and Group IT Manager:
  • Azure administration
  • Network management
  • Application management
  • Hardware Management
