Support Engineer

What will your day look like? As a Support Engineer you will:

• Resolve and troubleshoot issues related to integrations, APIs, and core platform.
• Provide technical support for clients in the financial sector.
• Respond to client inquiries via chat and email in an efficient and timely manner.
• Collaborate with engineering and internal development teams to resolve and escalate issues.
• Create knowledge base articles and document solutions for future reference.
• Provide guidance and training to clients on new features and best practices.

You’ll be a good fit for the Support Engineer role if you:

• Have 3 or more years of professional experience as a support engineer.
• Are proficient in AWS or a comparable cloud service provider.
• Have a strong understanding of relational databases like MySQL and Postgres.
• Have strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Are interested and excited by the opportunities and challenges of startup life.
