Role: Senior Full Stack -Engineer
Exp: 9 -12 years
Location: Minneapolis - MN / Dallas -TX
Required Qualifications
- Candidate should have following tech stack and should have minimum 9 year of experience and maximum 15 years of experience.
- Strong coding knowledge in Java 8 features
- Hands on experience in Java 8, Spring Boot, Spring Framework, etc.
- He / She should have expertise in Spring REST, Restful Webservice, etc.
- Should be able to drive the API deliverables* Able to provide API estimations
- Experience working in Agile methodology would be preferred
- Provide estimation effort for the story points using software estimation techniques
- Should adhere the coding standards, guidelines and best practices
- Tools experience like Jira or Version One Agile tool experience (Optional)
- BFS Experience – Online Banking (Preferable)
- Preferably hands-on Experience in UI including HTML, CSS, Java Script Knowledge.
- He / She should have some knowledge in UI Frameworks like React JS, Redux
- Any cloud knowledge in AWS / GCP would be added advantage.
- Honing individual engineering competency.
- BFS Experience – Online Banking (Preferable)

- Participate actively in responding to requests for help/assistance
- Proactively engage with members to understand their challenges and direct them to knowledge centers within the community
- Make judicious and practical commitments while undertaking engineering responsibilities
- Highlight any dependencies, risks and bottnecks which can influence your commitments
- Make every effort to ensure your commitments are honoured and delivered
- Proactively reach out for feedback from peers and managers
- Provide reviews and feedback when requested by peers
- Work out an improvement plan with the managers when applicable
