Overview

Corporate Banking (CB) is a technology centric business, with an increasing move to real-time processing. Joining our team is a unique opportunity to help rebuild the core of some of our most mission critical processing systems from the ground-up. As a Risk Transformation Lead, you will be supporting Corporate Bank Technology Chief Risk Officer and collaborating with senior leaders within the Bank.

What You'll Do

• Be part of a talented software team that works on mission-critical applications
• Manage the software development life cycle (SDLC) of software components
• Implement leading technology advancements in the industry
• Partner with UX/UI Design team, Architects, Business Analysts, and Stakeholders
• Collaborate with engineers to participate in design discussions and write specifications
• Design, develop and document microservice-based & Cloud-native application components

How You'll Lead

• Lead the delivery of components & features in an Agile pod
• Partner with the product team and enterprise infrastructure architects
• Collaborate and maintain clear communication with the team

Skills You'll Need

• Bachelors or Masters (preferred) degree in computer science and/or technology
• Experience with Agile software development frameworks, Java based Monolithic/Microservices
• Knowledge in container runtime environments (Docker, Kubernetes)
• Experience implementing applications onto Public Cloud
• Must have advanced skills and experience working with high volumes of data

Expectations

It is the Bank's expectation that employees hired into this role will work in the Cary office in accordance with the Bank's hybrid working model.

The salary range for this position in Cary is $125,000 to $203,000. Actual salaries may vary based on a number of factors.
