The Role

While you’ll be embedded with UX designers, UI designers, and other UX researchers, you’ll also get to work closely with our product management and innovation teams on current and future products integrating AI, damage detection, and other exciting technologies.
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven UX Researcher to lead the orchestration of user experience projects across multiple platforms within our automotive insurance claims platform design research team. This mid-level role is crucial in shaping the end-user experience by managing a diverse range of UX research initiatives (Qual, Observational, Unstructured Analysis, Quant), employing tools such as UserTesting.com, UserZoom, and SurveyMonkey.
You will work with a team of experienced UX research professionals, UX designers, product managers, and developers across a significant portfolio of existing products and an aggressive portfolio of new products.
