Professional Engineer - Land Development (PE)

What You'll Be Doing:

• Lead and manage land development projects from the initial concept stage all the way to final approval and construction.
• Dive into a variety of exciting projects, from residential and commercial developments to innovative mixed-use communities.
• Collaborate closely with clients, architects, and local agencies to turn visionary ideas into reality.
• Ensure all projects meet zoning, environmental, and regulatory standards while maintaining high-quality work.
• Mentor junior engineers and support staff, shaping the future talent of the industry while enhancing your leadership skills.

What We're Looking For:

• A PE license with 5 years of experience in land development engineering.
• Solid expertise in site design , grading, drainage, and utility planning.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D , and other key design software.
• Strong communication skills and a team-first attitude, with a knack for building collaborative relationships.
