Key Responsibilities:
- This individual will be responsible for handling the team and take decision and have client facing experience
- Install, configure, and maintain Cohesity and NetBackup systems to meet business requirements
- Design and implement backup and recovery strategies to safeguard data across multiple platforms and environments
- Monitor system performance and capacity, proactively addressing any issues to ensure optimal performance
- Develop and maintain documentation related to backup policies, procedures, and configurations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement data protection best practices and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to backup and recovery operations, escalating as necessary to vendor support
- Perform regular system upgrades and patches to keep the backup infrastructure up to date and secure
- Provide training and support to end-users and IT staff on backup and recovery processes and tools
- Participate in disaster recovery planning and testing exercises to validate the effectiveness of backup and recovery procedures
Basic Qualifications:
- Minimum 6 years of experience with Cohesity and NetBackup platforms
- Possible occasional travel to Memphis
Preferred Qualifications:
- Knowledge in DELL EMC Data Domain
- Knowledge on Data domain Administration
- Knowledge on VMware Administration
