They are seeking a highly skilled Digital Design Engineer with extensive experience in ASIC design, circuit design, and semiconductor technology. The ideal candidate will be involved in developing advanced digital and custom design solutions for our R&D projects. This role requires an individual with a strong background in DRAM, semiconductor technology, and a track record of innovative digital design work.

Focus:

• Develop, implement, and optimize digital and custom design solutions using standard cell logic gates and custom design tools.
• Utilize software to describe logical functions and synthesize logic, enabling the design of larger, more complex circuits.
• Conduct simulation-based verification to ensure design functionality, quality, and performance standards.
• Use place and route tools to convert synthesized designs into physical layouts, optimizing for performance and manufacturability.
• Integrate test logic into designs to facilitate comprehensive testing and validation processes.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, maintaining a focus on data security and adherence to the company’s security protocols.

Skill Set:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
• 5-10+ years of relevant experience in digital design, ASIC design, or semiconductor technology.
• Proficiency in custom design tools, standard cell logic gates, and ASIC design methodologies. Experience with DRAM technology is highly desirable.
• Experience with place and route software and physical layout optimization.
• Strong background in design verification using simulation tools.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex design and integration challenges.
• Understanding of data security protocols and practices within an R&D environment.
