Honeywell Sr Advanced Software Engineer in Framingham, Massachusetts

The annual base salary range for this position is $168,000 - $209,500. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline. Honeywell considers various factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to the scope and responsibilities of the position, the candidate's work experience, education and training, key skills, as well as market and business considerations.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Execute full software development life cycle (SDLC)
2. Develop flowcharts, layouts and documentation to identify requirements and solutions
3. Write well-designed, testable code
4. Produce specifications and determine operational feasibility
5. Integrate software components into a fully functional software system
6. Contribute to an existing, mature codebase
7. Document and maintain software functionality
8. Troubleshoot, debug and upgrade existing systems
9. Support troubleshooting and issue resolution for customer problems
10. Aid in the development of automated tests
11. Comply with project plans and industry standards

You Must Have:

1. 5 years Linux development experience and GCC
2. 5 years experience developing and troubleshooting multithreaded software solutions
3. Experience with Git and SVN software version control tools
4. Experience with agile development processes including scrum and Kanban
5. Self-motivated, self-directed, and energetic
