Mechanical EngineerObjective Join our team to design and innovate mechanical and electromechanical systems for large-scale manufacturing plants. Provide hands-on support during installation and troubleshooting to ensure seamless operations at customer sites.ResponsibilitiesSpearhead the design and specification of structural steel for various structures and platforms.Develop and lay out insulation for ductwork and other systems.Craft mechanical systems, including selecting and integrating electric motors, hydraulic and pneumatic equipment, pulleys, gears, and sprockets.Guide drafters in modeling and drawing equipment designed by you, and meticulously review their final drawings.Generate comprehensive bill of materials.Conduct laboratory tests and compile detailed written reports.Engage in hands-on training to master our company’s standard assembly procedures.Coordinate activities within our in-house fabrication shop.Inspect components from vendors and finished systems to ensure QA/QC standards are met.Travel to on-site installations to oversee construction, commissioning, and startup troubleshooting.RequirementsBachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering (BSME).Expertise in Autodesk AutoCAD and Inventor.Over 5 years of hands-on experience in a similar role.#M1System One, and its subsidiaries including Joulé, ALTA IT Services, CM Access, TPGS, and MOUNTAIN, LTD., are leaders in delivering workforce solutions and integrated services across North America.
