Social Finance, LLC seeks Senior Manager of Software Engineering in Seattle, WA:
Job Duties: Lead and set the technical direction of the team. Partner with engineering teams
across the company to ensure that the team maximizes value to customers of the platform.
Coordinate across multiple engineering squads to drive adoption and alignment with the
Member org's technical strategy. Leveraging experience and deep technical knowledge, provide
leadership in evolving testing and deployment strategies. Coach team members in promoting
career development. Effectively work with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to
understand and prioritize needs. Drive the design, development, and maintenance of a scalable,
identity platform. Foster a culture of continuous improvement and professional growth within the
Digital Identity team. Manage a team of Engineers with the focus on improving and scaling our
Identity member experience. Learn the various domains that fall under the purview of the Digital
identity to support various SoFi Product teams. Telecommuting is an option. Some travel to Sofi
offices may be required.
Minimum Requirements: Master's degree (or its foreign degree equivalent) in Computer
Science, Engineering (any field), or a related quantitative discipline, and four (4) years of
experience in the job offered or in any occupation in related field.
Special Skill Requirements: (1) Java; (2) Scala; (3) Python; (4) Typescript; (5) Javascript; (6)
Node; (7) SQL; (8) AWS; (9) Kubernetes; (10) Airflow; (11) DynamoDB. Any suitable
combination of education, training and/or experience is acceptable. Telecommuting is an option.
Some travel to Sofi offices may be required.
Salary: $275,000.00 - $316,250.00 per annum; Benefits:
