Position Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Software Engineer to join our team at Walmart Global Tech.

What You'll Do
In this role, you will build UX focused android and iOS applications using OOP design principles to help millions of our customers and members. If you are an engineer who stays current on the latest tech, maps out app features, and understands that every class, method, and module have a single responsibility, this could be the place for you. You are a team player who looks at the day ahead as an opportunity to solve the challenges brought forth by the software development lifecycle.
What You'll Bring
- Experience with developing apps using iOS and Android.
- Experience with JavaScript, ReactJS, React Native.
- Experience using jQuery, HTML, and CSS.
- Strong experience with React Native is required.
- Experience using RESTful APIs.
- Experience using Node.js.
- Experience testing iOS and Android apps.
- Exposure to Java/Kotlin and iOS apps in Objective-C or Swift.

Minimum Qualifications
Outlined below are the required minimum qualifications for this position:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, computer information systems, software engineering, or related area and 3 years' experience in software engineering or related area.
- 5 years' experience in software engineering or related area.
Preferred Qualifications
Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Computer Information Systems, Software Engineering, or related area and 1 year's experience in software engineering or related area. We value candidates with a background in creating inclusive digital experiences, demonstrating knowledge in implementing Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 AA standards, assistive technologies, and integrating digital accessibility seamlessly.
