Who we are
Every year $1.2 trillion in residential home sales are exchanged, however buying and selling a house is still a huge, painful process. Maybe that’s because Real Estate is the least digital industry, behind only agriculture.

What you will do
- Create our mobile app from scratch.
- Own the process of shipping end to end.
- Monitor and continuously improve the app once in production.
- Talk to users to get feedback on your designs.
- Navigate the intersection between product, design and engineering.
What we look for
- Hands on experience shipping a mobile app.
- Full-stack engineering experience in any of the following languages: Swift, Objective-C, Java, Javascript.
- Evidence of exposure to architectural patterns of a large, high-scale web application (e.g., well-designed APIs, high volume data pipelines, efficient algorithms).
- Experience with mobile best practices such as A/B testing, test coverage.
- 3+ years of writing software and a CS degree.
- A strong sense of design.
- A preference for simple solutions.
- A component oriented mindset to development.
- An opinion on the best practices in a fast moving space.
- A bias for action and an optimistic attitude.
