Salary: $120,000 - $175,000

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead civil engineering aspects of large commercial and industrial construction projects.
- Work closely with architects, contractors, and project managers to ensure project timelines and budgets are met.
- Design and evaluate infrastructure components such as roads, drainage systems, and utilities.
- Conduct site assessments, surveys, and feasibility studies.
- Ensure compliance with local building codes, safety regulations, and industry standards.
- Provide on-site technical guidance and oversee construction activities.
Ideal Candidate Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- 5+ years of civil engineering experience in commercial or industrial construction.
- PE (Professional Engineer) certification preferred.
- Strong knowledge of New Jersey building codes and regulations for industrial projects.
- Proficiency in civil engineering software (AutoCAD, Civil 3D, etc.).
- Strong communication, project management, and problem-solving skills.
