Description
Markon's partner company is seeking an experienced ServiceNow Systems Engineer to join our technology-based program supporting a key Government customer.
Responsibilities

• ServiceNow systems and integrations with other software/hardware systems.
• Designing and developing solutions that leverage ServiceNow modules like ITSM, ITBM, and Knowledge.
• Evaluating the existing systems and propose recommendations (including software development, integration and test).
• Communicating effectively with technical and managerial staff to answer questions relating to the developed requirements.
• Performing System Engineering as needed to maximize efficiencies.

Qualifications
Required Skills:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a technical discipline.
• System Engineering experience with demonstrated ServiceNow implementation/integration experience.
• Strong knowledge of ServiceNow ITSM toolset and integrations.
• Design and develop product and service catalog solutions that take full advantage of the ServiceNow modules.
• Utilize the ServiceNow out-of-the-box automation and integration capabilities to develop division solutions.

Desired Skills:

• Certified ServiceNow System Administrator.
• Certified ServiceNow Implementation Specialist - ITSM
• Certified Application Developer
• Micro Certification/CAS - Performance Analytics
• MC Service Portal

Salary Range
USD $180,000.00 - USD $200,000.00 /Yr.
