We are looking for an Engineering Director for our App and Growth team to lead the technical vision, strategy, and execution of our consumer-facing health tech products. Drive talented teams of engineers, collaborating closely with product management, design, data science, and other cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, scalable, and patient-centric solutions. Guide technical excellence and foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
What You'll Do
- Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing engineering team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence.
- Collaborate with executive leadership and senior leaders in product & engineering to align priorities and business objectives.
- Drive the development of consumer-facing health tech products, ensuring they are scalable, secure, and deliver exceptional user experiences.
- Define and drive technical roadmaps, set engineering priorities, and ensure timely delivery of features.
- Champion the use of modern technologies, tools, and processes to enhance product development efficiency and quality.
- Foster a collaborative environment where cross-functional teams work together seamlessly to achieve shared objectives.
What You'll Bring
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 6 years in a leadership role.
- Experience leading engineering teams in a consumer-facing tech company with a strong track record of delivering scalable, high-quality products in a fast-paced environment.
- Deep understanding of modern software development practices, including agile methodologies, continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD), and microservices architecture.
- Familiarity with mobile and web technologies, and health tech regulations (HIPAA, GDPR).
- Strong leadership and people management skills, with the passion to inspire and motivate.

- The base salary for this role ranges from $250,000 - $300,000 in local currency, depending upon experience.
