We are currently looking for an experienced Mechanical Estimator to join a Client in Baltimore, MD. This Client is very established and offers a full menu of benefits.
We are looking for Plumbing/HVAC experience to perform the following (including, but not limited to) tasks:

• Thoroughly review contract bid documents
• Perform detailed mechanical (Plumbing and HVAC) piping and equipment takeoff's
• Communicate with vendors and subcontractors
• Prepare and submit detailed requests for information
• Provide input on construction schedules

Must have:

• great communication,
• organizational and time management skills
• ttention to detail
• experienced with Microsoft Office
• Prior experience with Viewpoint (mechanical estimating software) preferred but not required.

The pay range for this position is $90,000 to $120,000 base salary and includes health, dental, and vision benefits, and a 401k plan.
