Salesforce, Inc. seeks Software Engineer in Mountain View, CA:
Job Duties:
- Design and implement key modules of company CMS platform.
- Work closely with the UX team to collaborate on creating better user experiences.
- Build and improve REST/JSON API clients.
- Debug API responses.
- Write high-performance, reusable code for UI components.
- Troubleshoot business and production issues.
- Write unit tests for existing and new code.
- Write e2e tests for existing and new code.
- Manage code deployments.
- Participate in the code review process for teammates.
Minimum Requirements: Bachelor's degree, or foreign equivalent, in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, or a related field.
Special Skill Requirements:
- HTML5, CSS3, and React framework for application development.
- Developing and consuming web services such as RESTful APIs.
- Asynchronous programming, state management, debouncing, and responsive design for web UI.
- Interaction design principles and user interface development.
- Software system design methodologies such as UML.
- HTTP/HTTPS protocols.
- Building and improving REST/JSON API, as well as debugging API responses.
- Unit tests for existing and new code, as well as end-to-end.
- Software engineering processes such as agile development processes.
- Managing code deployments and release processes.
Salary: $146,307.00 - $188,600.00 per annum.
