The EITaaS program supports our customer to provide a common set of required EIT services across 187 bases to implement a consistent, high-quality experience for users across all mission environments and enable USAF to transition focus from network operations to mission operations. CACI is leading the way in transforming IT services from an in-house, base-centric delivery model to an advanced enterprise service delivery model.The Opportunity:In this role you will coordinate with the Government and the ServiceNow ITOM Architect to design, implement, and configure ServiceNow Information Technology Operations Management (ITOM) capabilities as CACI’s selected automated network discovery tool. At first, you will participate in enterprise discovery workshops with Government stakeholders to make key decisions impacting execution of the Configuration Management Database (CMDB) system and project and to facilitate any required policy changes. You will then implement, configure, deploy, and maintain ServiceNow ITOM with an integration to Axonius. You will also contribute to contract deliverables including test plans, CMDB Solution Strategy, Architecture Plan, and a security assessment.
