We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Site Civil Engineer to join our dynamic team.
Job Overview:
The Senior Site Civil Engineer will be responsible for designing and managing various civil engineering projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects on time and within budget. High growth trajectory for the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage civil engineering projects, including site development, drainage systems, septic/sewer, and other utilities.
- Conduct site inspections and assessments to ensure compliance with design specifications, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Prepare and review engineering plans, designs, and specifications.
- Coordinate with clients, contractors, regulatory agencies, and other stakeholders to ensure project objectives and timelines are met.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field; Master's degree preferred.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred.
- Minimum of 5 to 8 years of experience in civil engineering, with a focus on site development and infrastructure projects.
- Strong knowledge of engineering principles, practices, and methods.
- Proficiency in civil engineering software such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and other relevant tools.
- Proven ability to lead and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with all relevant stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality and accuracy.
