Security Engineer Required

A multi-national, market-leading insurer is seeking a Security Engineer to maintain & develop the current MS 365 & Azure Cloud security architecture. The role involves providing expertise on security tools & infrastructure while implementing SIEM. The role will require interaction with key stakeholders & leadership teams to define strategy.

Role:

• As a Security Engineer, you will be part of the Global team, working to secure & reduce risks in the company's enterprise environment.
• Focus on cloud security architecture & development using MS 365 & Azure.
• Implementing SIEM tools to ensure the safe & secure storage of invaluable information.
• Participate in various operational processes, such as firewall changes on both Azure & MS 365 platforms.
• Perform regular penetration tests & support cloud security initiatives & API integration.
• Play a critical role in the company's ongoing automation efforts by developing scripts & advising on any improvements that can be made.
• Effectively communicate complex security problems & solutions to key stakeholders
• Lead & mentor junior team members in the team

Skills & Knowledge:

• Minimum of 3+ years of experience & certification in cybersecurity.
• BSc in Computer Science, with a specialty in cybersecurity.
• Proficiency in MS 365 & Azure.
• Knowledge of MFA in a Zero Trust model.
• Experience with API integration.
• Ability to communicate clearly with stakeholders.
• Ability to manage & mentor junior colleagues.
