Okuma control experience preferred, but not required. 1-3 years of experience preferred.
We are hiring for Swing Shift and Weekend Day Shift:
Swing Shift: Monday through Thursday, 4 p.m. to 2:30 a.m. - 3-day weekend every week!
Weekend shift - Friday through Sunday, 6 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. - enjoy 4 days off every week!
The positions are onsite and not eligible for Visa sponsorship.
Requirements
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: Included, but not limited to :
- Load and unload parts for machining up to 40 pounds.
- Perform basic equipment maintenance.
- Read and interpret manufacturing prints.
- Possess efficient math skills and basic understanding of geometric tolerance.
- Check parts using basic measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, depth gauges, pins, indicators and bore gauges.
- CNC setup and operation; tech tools, load programs and set/adjust work/tool offsets accordingly. Haas, Fanuc, Siemens, and Okuma controls.
- Inspect machined parts following 1st Part and in process inspection protocol.
- Must have CNC 3 & 4 axis machining experience. 5 axis is a plus.
- Able to change fixtures, replace tool changes and manage tool libraries.
- Machining and holding tolerances of +/- .0005".

- Mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.

Salary Description
$25 to $34 per hour
