Application Compatibility: Ensure compatibility of applications with different operating systems and device types.
Resolve application compatibility issues to provide a seamless user experience.
User Support: Provide support to end users, including troubleshooting device and software related issues.
Collaborate with helpdesk teams to resolve technical problems.
Security Measures: Configure and maintain security measures on end user devices, including antivirus, firewalls, and encryption. Monitor and respond to security incidents and breaches.
