Senior Devops/SRE Engineer (Full Time, Australia/New Zealand)

Summary

As a Senior DevOps Engineer, you'll be at the forefront of ZK rollup technology, playing a crucial role in optimizing our mission-critical infrastructure. You'll work closely with our tight-knit, elite team to maintain, update, and deploy new features to Zircuit.

We are seeking a candidate in the UTC+12 time zone region (ideally in Australia or New Zealand) who is reliable, detail-oriented, and collaborative. The ideal candidate should excel at problem-solving and be capable of contributing to sound decision-making, even in high-pressure situations.

Expertise

1. 3-5 years experience as a DevOps Engineer, SRE, or similar software engineering role
2. Fluent in English, with strong writing and speaking skills
3. Experience with and advanced knowledge of Docker
4. Advanced knowledge and hands-on experience with Terraform. Proficiency in using Terraform for infrastructure-as-code
5. Advanced knowledge of Amazon Web Services
6. Good knowledge of Kubernetes, substantial experience deploying, managing, and scaling applications with Kubernetes, and basic familiarity with ArgoCD

Nice to have

1. Fluency in different programming languages, including Go, Rust, Python, and Javascript
2. Hands-on experience with blockchain infrastructure, from node setup to data consumption from different providers (e.g. Infura, Alchemy, etc.)
3. AWS Professional Certifications
4. Experience with blockchain systems, bridges, and layer-2 solutions
