About the Company:
We are seeking a Senior/Principal Embedded Networking Engineer who will act as our primary technical expert for developing the latest generation of high-speed embedded communication networks to be used in the autonomous vehicle industry. You will be working with cutting edge technology in the autonomous vehicle industry!
Required experience & education:
- Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field of study.
- Experience with RTOS and/or Linux Embedded systems
- Experience with communication protocols such as UART, SPI, I2C, CAN, Ethernet, and wireless protocols (e.g., Bluetooth, Wi-Fi).
- Experience troubleshooting networking hardware not troubleshooting networking
- Candidate must be open to learning brand new ethernet protocols in automotive
Preferred Skills:
- Knowledge of IEEE 802.3 Clauses 22 & 45 (MDIO) Management Data Input/Output.
