Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in design, human-computer interaction, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in UX design.
- Portfolio of work that showcases your skills and design process.
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles.
- Proficiency in Adobe XD, Sketch, or Figma.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience with HTML & CSS is preferred.
Summary of Role:
We are seeking a UX Designer responsible for collaborating with a team of designers, developers, and product managers to create user-centered experiences for our products. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of user-centered design principles and be able to apply them to many projects. They will be able to work independently and as part of a team and communicate effectively with technical and non-technical audiences.
Responsibilities:
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to visualize design solutions.
- Collaborate with developers and product managers to implement design solutions.
- Conduct research and usability testing to gather insights into user needs and pain points.
- Collect and analyze feedback from users to improve designs.
- Create presentations and documentation to communicate design decisions.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest UX design trends and web accessibility standards.
- Adapt to changes in design technologies and tools.
Location Information:
This role is preferred to be located near our Denver, CO office , with hybrid work from home flexibility.
- Our HQ is in Denver, Colorado. Our fun, downtown location is open for those who wish to work in the office, set visitor meetings, and collaborate with coworkers in person.
- Team members must live and work in the United States* (*territories excluded), and have access to reliable, high-speed internet.
Compensation:
Annual salary range: $75,000 - $100,000
