ERP Implementation Senior Engineer

Job Description:

• As the representative of HQ IT Dept., base in Houston, and lead the IT system overall planning and construction promotion by connecting the resources of the HQ (China);
• Formulate solutions for IT related problems needs by communicating other departments;
• According to the characteristics of the projects, ensure project delivery with quality conducting and cost management;
• According to business requirements and combined with the functions of the IT systems, introduce systems functions and business processes to users to ensure that users correctly use relevant systems.
• Statistically analyze the usage of IT systems functions, assist to solve the problems of users and ensure the effective implementation of systems.

Requirements:

• Be able to use Chinese and English for daily work communication.
• Bachelor degree or above, with more than 3 years of experience in developing application software products for large enterprises and more than 2 years of experience in software product design. Have led more than one successful enterprise application software product design and development case, and be familiar with IT operation and maintenance management, product or technical framework.
• Proficiently master professional knowledge of enterprise management software, have in-depth cognition and analysis ability of manufacturing industry business. Experience in implementing systems such as ERP, HCM, QMS, PLM is preferred.
• Understand enterprise business process management knowledge and be able to complete business process sorting.
• Have good communication skills, teamwork ability, logical analysis ability, stress tolerance ability, etc.
• Master the output specifications and management specifications of IT systems design schemes, be able to independently write high-quality systems implementation documents, and have successful related cases
