Job Requirements / Description

As an Lead Service Integrator (Reliability Engineer), you will be a part of an Agile team to build healthcare applications and implement new features while adhering to the best coding development standards.

Experience: 10+ Years

Location: Chicago, IL or Waukesha, WI (Onsite role)

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, System Engineering or closely related discipline.
  2. 4 years of engineering and/or service experience in a related field. Prior background or experience with defining service strategies and executing service validation.
  3. Prior background or experience in medical imaging technologies.

Desired:

  1. Strong oral and written communication skills.
  2. Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems.
  3. Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs.
  4. Established project management skills.

Responsibilities:

  1. Supporting the Program Manager, ensuring that multi-functional projects integrate properly within the product/program.
  2. Optimize team performance across the program value chain, functionally and technically.
  3. Proactively manage cross-functional interdependencies to maximize team efficiency and avoid gaps/delays in mid to long-term execution.
  4. Anticipate integration issues and discern appropriate actions to progress the team forward.
  5. Connect planning and cross-functional impacts of product NPI, Installed Base, Obsolescence, and End-of-Life.
  6. Develop in-depth knowledge of a technical discipline and use prior experience and acquired technical expertise to execute policy/strategy.
  7. Understand key business drivers and use this understanding to accomplish own work. Understand how work of own team integrates with other teams and contributes to the area.
  8. Use judgment to propose different solutions outside of set parameters but with guidance.
  9. Use prior experience and on-the-job training to solve straightforward tasks.
  10. Access technical skills and analytic thinking required to solve problems.
  11. May use multiple internal sources outside of own team to arrive at decisions.
  12. May be an individual contributor with proven interpersonal skills or an early people leader who can hire and develop talent.
  13. Provide informal guidance to new team members.
