Job Description:
Insight Global is seeking a Lead Power Platform Developer for one of our largest clients in Downtown Cleveland. This individual would be a part of the Enablement team, working closely with the team’s Architect to support internal application development and customizations. They will be responsible for leading analysis, designing, developing, configuring, and implementing enterprise-wide systems across various functional areas, in addition to partnering with technical peers and stakeholders to enable product teams to run applications on platforms that are managed, secure, supported, and governed in line with the overall business strategy. The Developer will be ensuring the health, security, and upgradability of the platforms, and establish strategies and frameworks for the systems in alignment with the organization’s overall policy. Projects they would be contributing to are Center-of-Excellence customizations and automations, solution accelerators, and evaluating various platform features.
Required Skills and Experience:
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field (12+ years of professional IT experience in lieu of a degree).
• 5+ years of professional development experience with Microsoft Power Platform/Dynamics.
• Advanced experience with Microsoft Power Platform components and complimentary O365 tools such as:
o Canvas Apps, Model Driven Apps, Dataverse, Power Automate, Entra ID, Sharepoint, and Teams.
• Demonstrated understanding of Power Platform licensing.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Salary : $113,000/year to $146,000/year
