Data Entry Clerk

• Pay Rate: $18/hr, paid weekly
• Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:00 am-4:00 pm, 30-40 hours/week (overtime may be required)
• Location: Onsite in Milwaukee, WI 53207
• Duration: 3 months, with potential for temp-to-hire

Responsibilities:

• Receive, process, and classify documents for transmission to clients.
• Handle both electronic and hard copy documents, sorting, imaging, and archiving by form type.
• Capture and verify information based on client requirements.
• Perform data entry, balancing, and verification of accounts.
• Ensure data transmission and account accuracy.
• Follow established procedures for business and technical tasks.
• Perform 10-key, balancing, and financial instrument processing.

Requirements:

• Typing speed of at least 30 wpm (typing assessment required).
• Experience with balancing and working with financial instruments.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to perform analytical tasks.
• Ability to work within established procedures and follow close supervision.
• Problem-solving skills and effective communication.
