Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage the planning, design, and implementation of various engineering projects through all development phases
• Collaborate closely with stakeholders, project leaders, and technical teams to ensure project goals are met within deadlines, budget constraints, and quality expectations
• Lead and supervise engineering projects from start to finish, adhering to industry practices, codes, and regulations
• Create comprehensive designs, plans, specifications, and calculations for infrastructure projects including roadways, drainage, grading, utilities, and site development
• Perform site evaluations, analyze data, conduct hydrologic and hydraulic assessments, and generate detailed technical reports
• Liaise with regulatory bodies to secure necessary permits and approvals
• Engage with clients to comprehend project needs, develop solutions, and resolve issues
• Coordinate with internal teams such as designers and engineers, and provide mentorship to junior staff as required
• Prepare precise cost estimates and assist in managing project budgets
