Maintenance Engineer

Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive and knowledgeable Maintenance Engineer to oversee and optimize the maintenance operations within our facility. This role is crucial in ensuring the reliability and performance of our physical assets while guiding a skilled team of maintenance technicians. The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background, excellent leadership skills, and a commitment to continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make informed decisions regarding maintenance management to enhance operational efficiency.
• Train, supervise, and mentor mechanics, electricians, and other skilled trades.
• Utilize a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) for monitoring and improving maintenance activities.
• Troubleshoot mechanical processes and oversee the installation of new equipment.
• Ensure the safety and security of the physical plant while maintaining compliance with all regulatory requirements.

Qualifications :

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Maintenance Engineering or a related field.
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Technology, Electrical Engineering, or a similar discipline.
• Strong technical and mechanical knowledge with excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Proven ability to implement cost-saving measures while maintaining quality and safety.
• Must be a U.S. Citizen, lawful permanent resident, or authorized to work in the U.S. without future sponsorship requirements.
