About Our Team

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Lead Software Developer to join our team. In this role, you will leverage your expertise in Node.js and MongoDB to architect and develop high-quality software solutions. You will collaborate closely with team members and stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met and facilitate effective communication across teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Architect Software Solutions: Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to design and implement robust software architectures that align with business goals.
  • Requirements Gathering: Work closely with product owners and stakeholders to gather and define project requirements, ensuring clarity and alignment throughout the development process.
  • Estimations: Provide early estimations for project timelines and resources needed for the development of prescribed solutions, helping to set realistic expectations.
  • Facilitate Communication: Foster conversations among team members, stakeholders, and architecture, development, and infrastructure teams to ensure a cohesive development process.
  • Lead Design Discussions: Lead and participate in design discussions, providing insights and guidance to drive innovative solutions and best practices.
  • Sr. Software Developer Responsibilities: Perform all responsibilities typical of a Senior Software Developer, including coding, debugging, testing, and deploying applications, while mentoring junior developers.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: 5+ years of software development experience, with a strong focus on Node.js and MongoDB applications.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in JavaScript and relevant frameworks, as well as experience with RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and cloud technologies.
  • Leadership: Proven ability to lead technical discussions and guide teams in architectural decisions.
  • Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to facilitate discussions among diverse stakeholders.
  • Problem-Solving: Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Team Player: Collaborative mindset with a focus on team success and continuous improvement.
