Note: Resource must be onsite in Herndon, VA. No remote work.

Required Skills

1. 5+ years programming in ColdFusion
2. Advanced working skills in programming with SQL or Oracle
3. Experience writing JUnit test-cases and building test-suites
4. 5+ years of experience in systems analysis and working closely with business customers
5. Significant working knowledge with the RAD/Eclipse/WebSphere
6. Experience with code versioning and change management concepts
7. Experience with full life-cycle software applications development (i.e., design, construction, testing, and implementation)
8. Experience with requirements definition and specifications design
9. Experience analyzing functional requirements in Sprints to write component detailed design technical documents
10. Able to design and build systems that are integrated with other client systems
11. Demonstrates an expert level of proficiency in the use

Nice to have

1. 5+ years advanced computer programming skills in Java, Java Servlet, Javabean, EJB, OO Design, HTML
2. Familiarity with J2EE technology, such as JNDI, JMS, RMI, XML, XSL, XSL-FO and JDBC
