Description:
Job Title: Senior IT Engineer (Endpoint)
Job Summary: The Senior IT Engineer reports to the Program Advisor and collaborates with infrastructure architects, Enterprise Architects, applications teams, and third-party vendors. This role is responsible for planning, budgeting, and overseeing the evaluation, selection, implementation, operation, and performance of technologies within the endpoint specialty area. The primary focus is on operational capabilities, performance, and resiliency, while also contributing to technology strategy and business planning.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Operational Management (40%): Manage daily operational activities and develop tactical plans for multiple IT components/processes.
2. Technology Strategy (20%): Contribute to and lead technology strategy and business planning initiatives.
3. Research and Analysis (10%): Conduct research to inform technology decisions and improvements.
4. Supplier Management (25%): Oversee outcomes delivered by third-party suppliers, including holding Accenture accountable for a user-centered, efficient, and adaptable environment.
5. Financial Oversight (5%): Assist in budgeting and financial planning related to technology investments.

Desired Attributes:

1. High-Level Technical Experience: Extensive knowledge in endpoint engineering.
2. Service Design Expertise: Understanding and experience with the service design process for endpoint engineering.
3. Vendor Accountability:
   1. Ability to hold Accenture accountable for application deployment (via SCCM) and other responsibilities.
   2. Ensure proper functioning of Mobile Device Management (MDM) and Imprivata systems.
4. Disciplined in Multiple Technologies (SME): Proficient in Imprivata, Microsoft Products, Active Directory, AppSense, Service Design, MDM Management, and other relevant technologies.
5. Collaboration with Vendors: Work closely with vendors to ensure they deliver expected outcomes.

3. Operational & Tactical Functionality: Able to function effectively at both tactical and operational levels.
